The project includes a 14,000 square foot two-story main home, with a basement and a three- car garage; a 1500 square foot two-story guest house; and an infinity edge swimming pool. The site which is accessed from the south sits at a clearing on top of hill with dramatic Bay views to the north. Several of the majestic heritage oak trees, located on the level portion of the site, have been preserved by locating much of the main house to the north side of the level area, where the land slopes down to the valley below. The design includes multiple cantilevered terraces for enjoying the outdoors, and a dramatic infinity-edge swimming pool at the north edge of the home.
