GreenCity Lofts, located on the Oakland/Emeryville border includes 62 loft condominiums in five buildings ranging from three to five stories in height over structured parking.
GreenCity Lofts is one of the first multi-family projects in the nation designed according to ‘green’ principles. This transit-oriented, urban infill project focuses on the economical use of recycled and sustainably harvested materials, energy efficiency, healthy interior environments, and native landscaping.
