Hegenberger Spay-Neuter Clinic
This unique, high volume, low cost spay-neuter clinic is a vital ingredient in the Oakland SPCA’s master plan to become a ‘no-kill’ shelter and over the past ten years has resulted in a substantial drop in Oakland’s unwanted pet population.
The design is based upon an efficient flow of animals into the clinic, exam room, holding, prep, surgery, and recovery. The design features state-of-the-art building systems, materials, and equipment integrated within a people-oriented reception/education lobby.
